Age of Summons usa Firebase (Google LLC) per far funzionare le sue funzioni online: account di gioco anonimo, salvataggio dei progressi in cloud, chat, gilde e classifiche. Non raccogliamo email, nomi reali o password. Non usiamo analytics né pubblicità. Non vendiamo né condividiamo i tuoi dati con terze parti, salvo Google Firebase in qualità di responsabile del trattamento (infrastruttura europea, Firestore multi-region eur3).
Alla prima apertura dell'app viene creato automaticamente un account anonimo (Firebase Authentication) con un identificatore casuale (UID). Non ti chiediamo email, nome reale o password.
I tuoi progressi di gioco (livello, eroi, risorse, quest) vengono salvati in cloud su Firestore, collegati al tuo UID, così puoi ripristinarli se reinstalli l'app o cambi dispositivo.
(Il Sign in with Apple non è ancora attivo in questa versione.)

Gli acquisti in-app sono gestiti interamente da Apple tramite App Store e StoreKit. Non riceviamo né conserviamo alcun dato di pagamento, numero di carta o informazione di fatturazione.

Le notifiche (es. energia ricaricata) sono generate direttamente sul dispositivo tramite iOS (UNUserNotificationCenter) — nessun push remoto. Puoi disabilitarle dalle Impostazioni di iOS in qualsiasi momento.
Age of Summons non usa analytics (nessun Firebase Analytics), non mostra pubblicità e non fa tracking cross-app. Vedi "Modifiche future" per eventuali cambiamenti previsti.
I tuoi dati restano su Firestore finché il tuo account esiste. Puoi chiedere la cancellazione dell'account e dei dati associati in qualsiasi momento scrivendo alla nostra email di contatto. Le preferenze puramente locali (audio, lingua) restano solo sul tuo dispositivo e vengono eliminate se disinstalli l'app.
L'app ha rating 12+ e include meccaniche gacha con acquisti in-app. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati da minori di 13 anni oltre a quanto descritto in questa informativa (account anonimo, nickname scelto dall'utente).
Se ti trovi nell'Unione Europea hai diritto di: accedere ai tuoi dati, rettificarli, chiederne la cancellazione e la portabilità. Puoi esercitare questi diritti scrivendo alla nostra email di contatto.
La base giuridica del trattamento è l'esecuzione del contratto (fornire il gioco e le sue funzioni online). I tuoi dati non vengono venduti né condivisi con terze parti, salvo Google Firebase in qualità di responsabile del trattamento (data processor).
In future versioni dell'app potremmo introdurre:
Impegno: aggiorneremo questa privacy policy prima di qualsiasi rilascio che cambi il trattamento dei dati. La data di "Ultimo aggiornamento" in cima al documento rifletterà sempre la revisione più recente.

Age of Summons uses Firebase (Google LLC) to power its online features: an anonymous game account, cloud save, chat, guilds and leaderboards. We do not collect email addresses, real names or passwords. We do not use analytics or advertising. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except for Google Firebase acting as a data processor (European infrastructure, Firestore multi-region eur3).
The first time you open the app, an anonymous account is automatically created (Firebase Authentication) with a random identifier (UID). We never ask for an email, real name or password.
Your game progress (level, heroes, resources, quests) is saved to the cloud on Firestore, tied to your UID, so you can restore it if you reinstall the app or switch device.
(Sign in with Apple is not yet active in this version.)
Some of the data you provide is visible to other players:
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive or store any payment data, card numbers or billing information.

Notifications (e.g., energy recharged) are generated directly on your device via iOS (UNUserNotificationCenter) — no remote push involved. You can disable them anytime in iOS Settings.
Age of Summons does not use analytics (no Firebase Analytics), shows no advertising and does not perform cross-app tracking. See "Future Changes" for planned changes.
Your data remains on Firestore for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to our contact email. Purely local preferences (audio, language) stay only on your device and are removed if you uninstall the app.
The app is rated 12+ and includes gacha mechanics with in-app purchases. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 beyond what is described in this policy (anonymous account, user-chosen nickname).
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, request its deletion and request portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to our contact email.
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (providing the game and its online features). Your data is not sold or shared with third parties, except for Google Firebase acting as a data processor.
In future versions of the app we may introduce:
Commitment: we will update this privacy policy before any release that changes how data is handled. The "Last updated" date at the top of the document will always reflect the most recent revision.
